Our commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities

Embed Inc. d/b/a Pylon, Pylon Lending (“Pylon”), is committed to making our products and services, and those of the businesses we partner with, accessible to meet the needs of all our consumers. We are working to enhance our site and increase accessibility and usability for all consumers.

Online and mobile accessibility: We strive to follow the globally recognized standards of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) to provide content that is compatible with computer-based assistive technologies, browsers, and operating systems.

Most browsers and/or operating systems have built-in accessibility features that Pylon supports, from the ability to change colors, contrast, and text size to using screen readers and skip controls. Learn tips for customizing your browser and computer setup at the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative website.

Software recommendations and settings: We follow W3C's globally recognized standards to provide content that’s compatible with the most popular assistive technologies and web browsers. We recommend using the most current version (or the version released just prior to) of the manufacturer's assistive technology applications, along with a current version of the operating systems and browsers listed below. We also recommend trying different types of browsers and/or operating systems with assistive technology applications to determine which combination works best for you. You can visit the individual manufacturer’s site for information about how to obtain them. You may also have access to assistance from local and state agencies or non-profit groups in your area.

While we strive to adhere to the W3C’s guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, we cannot guarantee that any third-party content, feature, software, widgets, plug-ins or tools, located or linked to our website but not owned by Pylon, conform to W3C standards and guidelines, and Pylon shall not be liable for any inaccessibility or usability issues in connection with such.
